Our Story

We did meet online at the Northern Records message board. Anne noticed my wit and charm from my
very first post, or so she tells me. I, however, was slower to realize her outstanding qualities (and
even slower to work up the courage to talk to her). What followed was, to the casual observer, nearly imperceptible
flirting, but to me the impetus to write Anne a personal message. After half a year of emailing back and forth, I
asked for her number. We talked for three (!) hours the first time, and I knew I had to call her again (and
again). After a few months' time, we finally admitted that we had grown rather fond of each other and that an
in-person meeting was necessary...

We first met each other in person in November 2004.
